The Tour Master Caliber Pants are engineered for both durability and comfort. Built with an abrasion-resistant 600D polyester shell and reinforced with 1000D nylon dobby in areas prone to high wear, these pants are designed for longevity. Integrated into the design is a waterproof and breathable liner paired with a mesh comfort liner for optimal weather protection and air circulation. For colder rides, a zip-out thermal liner is included, featuring stretch panels in the knees for additional flex and movement. Strategic 4-way stretch fabric gussets in the crotch and back of the knees enhance the rider's comfort and mobility. Reflective prints on the pants improve visibility in low light conditions. The pants offer a secure and adjustable fit with an elastic waistband accented by adjustable waist belts and TPR pulls. Protection is a priority, with SAFE-TECH CE level-2 knee armor providing critical impact resistance, adjustable for a personalized fit. Additionally, a removable EVA hip pad offers extra protection. Convenience features include a full-length side-entry two-way zipper, matched with a thermal liner for easy wear, and an 8” pant-to-jacket zipper attachment, utilizing durable YKK zippers for a secure connection to riding jackets.
