I was in a while back to replace my face shield on my helmet.They didn't have one in stock so we got one ordered.When it came in I brought my helmet in to have them install it. Unfortunately it was dropped (face shield) due to a terrible packaging design. Leaving the most tiny scratches on it.. I was going to be ok with it. I saw what happened. They wouldn't go for that. They ordered me in a new one and then gave me the minutely damaged one. Very friendly and dedicated to perfection. Thanks Vamoose.
