X-Pro Heart, Trail-Bike Manners

  • 190.2cc Beta-built 2-stroke — based on the RR 200 X-Pro engine and retuned for smooth, controllable torque: new power-valve timing, revised porting, and a new piston that pulls clean from idle.
  • Adjustable BPV power valve — dial the hit up or down with simple external adjustment.
  • Electronic oil injection — 650cc tank under the seat; no premixing, just gas and go. Keihin PWK 36mm carb and electric start (backup kick starter available as an accessory).
  • Standard radiator fan — stays cool when the trail slows to a crawl.

Built Smaller, On Purpose

  • Chassis roughly 15% smaller than the X-Pro — 35.8 in. seat height (about 0.8 in. lower than the RR models) and just 215 lbs dry.
  • R16V 43mm inverted fork — fully adjustable preload and rebound; 10.6 in. of travel.
  • R16V rear shock with linkage — adjustable preload, compression, and rebound; 10.6 in. of travel.
  • Nissin brakes (260mm floating front / 240mm rear), quick-release air filter access, and push-button seat removal.
  • New for 2027: redesigned headlight and mask, wider 140/80-18 rear tire, and the first black frame in X-Trainer history.
