Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
  • All manufacturing tags must still be attached.
  • Returned products must be in re-saleable condition with no stains, smells, or signs of wear.

Vehicles

New and used vehicle purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. For returns valued over $75, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended — Vamoose Gear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if the returned item isn't in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, for reasons other than our error.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm we've received it and whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund goes back to your original method of payment within 3 days of approval.

If your refund hasn't shown up yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it can take time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund posts.
  4. If you've done all of the above and still don't see it, contact us at customerservice@vamoosegear.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale and can't be refunded.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it with the same item. Email us at customerservice@vamoosegear.com and mail the item to the address above. How long an exchanged item takes to reach you depends on where you live.
